At 40% we can see that self-achievement accounts for the vast majority, which is followed by their career development, taking up 35%. By contrast, salary levels and staff benefits fall far behind, which constitute 25% collectively.

In my view, reasons for these differences can be summarized as follows. Firstly, most of the post-90s nowadays are well-educated college graduates. They have mastered sufficient professional knowledge and job skills. Therefore, they aspire to be valued by employers, and fulfil their own value from day-to-day work. Secondly, a promising career path not only means a lower risk of unemployment, but enables them to amass more personal resources and work experience, thereby enhancing their competitive edge.

In conclusion, I do not believe that it is easy to hunt for a suitable job, as we need to take various factors into account. Therefore, college students in modern-day society may as well balance between job prospect and personal needs, or listen to their parents, which will help them seek a satisfying job. (185)

首先，如今大部分的90后求职者们都是受过良好教育的大学毕业生，他们掌握了充足的专业知识和就业技能因此，他们渴望受到雇主的重视，并在工作中实现自身价值其次，一个有前途的职业道路不仅意味着失业风险的大大降低，而且还能让他们在某一特定领域积累更多的人脉资源和工作经验，从而提高自己的竞争力。

总而言之，我个人认为找到一份合适的工作不是一件容易的事情，因为我们需要将多方面的因素纳入考虑因此，当代大学生们不妨在工作前景和个人需求之间实现一种平衡，或者听取父母的意见，这将帮助他们找到一份满意的工作。

熬夜加班it is universally acknowledged that...  众所周知it is conceivable that…可以预见的是满分范文The mixed chart shows the changes in the number of people using take-out services and the annual growth rate in China between 2016 and 2018. It is clear that the number of those who used this service climbed considerably from 256 million to 346 million. However, the growth rate saw a downward trend, declining from 22.5% to 15%.

Personally, there are two key factors contributing to these changes. Firstly, it is universally acknowledged that the categories of take-out food are becoming more and more. We can find almost every mouth-watering food from the take-out menu. As a result, those who are lacking in cookery prefer to order take-out food rather than prepare dinners in the kitchen. Secondly, although the service brings about immense convenience to individuals, it is often reported that the kitchen environment of some restaurants is disgusting, which saps consumers’ confidence about take-out food.

In conclusion, I personally agree that ordering take-out services often is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, this service allows white-collar workers who work around the clock to save more time spent on work tasks. However, on the other hand, it is conceivable that an increasing number of young people cannot gain pleasure from cooking.

首先，众所周知，外卖食品的种类变得越来越丰富，我们在外卖菜单上几乎可以找到任何美味的食物缺乏烹饪技术的年轻人宁愿点外卖，也不愿意下厨其次，虽然该服务给人们带来了极大的便利，但据报道，一些餐厅的厨房环境令人感到恶心，这在某种程度上削弱了人们对外卖食品的信赖。

总而言之，我认为经常点外卖是一把双刃剑(a double-edged sword)一方面，外卖食品的确给熬夜加班的白领一族节省了时间，提高了他们的工作效率然而，另一方面，我们可以预见的是越来越多的年轻人将无法从烹饪中获得乐趣。
